1. **Photography Sessions:**
– **Booking Cancellations:**
– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the session will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable.
– **Rescheduling:**
– You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge if requested at least 7 days before the original date.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may incur a fee.

2. **Event Photography:**
– **Booking Cancellations:**
– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
– **Rescheduling:**
– Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

 Products:
1. **Digital Products:**
– Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once they have been delivered.
– If you encounter any issues with your digital files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

2. **Prints and Physical Products:**
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
– Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
